  • Manage your cards (block, change payment method, defer payments...)

Avoiding unnecessary travel to your branch

Although we recommend that you only travel to your branch when strictly necessary, we continue to provide you with the best service, taking the necessary measures to guarantee safety at all times. For this reason, if you need to go to one of our branches, we have adopted several risk prevention guidelines:

  • • Public opening hours for our branches will be from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm.
  • • Avoid close contact with people who are displaying symptoms of respiratory infection.
  • • You must use cash machines for cash operations when possible.
  • • Maximum capacity is limited to avoid crowds: 1 customer being served, 1 waiting and the rest will remain outside the branch, respecting the order of arrival.
  • • You must keep a distance of at least 2 meters at all times when interacting with our employees.
