The investment vocation of the fund is defined as a Long-Term Fixed-Income fund.
The fund's objective is to provide shareholders, with a medium/long-term investment horizon, adequate return for the risk taken, by investing according to the strictest safety and profitability criteria, through diversified investments in global fixed-income funds and assets, in accordance with the current legislation.
The Fund's investment is managed seeking the maximum return within an appropriate distribution and compensation of risk.
The fund will invest its assets in other CIS, without a minimum or maximum pre-established percentage. The assets will be qualifying, harmonised or not, and belonging or not to the management group, and will be invested in public and private fixed income, equities, alternative investment strategies, etc.
The rest of the total exposure will be in public/private fixed-income assets (including deposits and money-market instruments, quoted and unquoted, that are liquid), or alternative management strategies. Furthermore, there is no predetermination with regard to issuers (public or private, rating or economic sector) or duration of the fixed-income assets and the exposure to currency risk. Assets will not have a minimum credit rating.
The Fund may be operated with derivative financial instruments traded on organised markets for coverage and investment purposes, in accordance with Article 71 of the Pension Regulation approved by Royal Decree 304/2004.
